Online
You can use our NEW online MyTSY service to report and tell us about something or to make a request.
Use the MyTSY service to let us know what you think about the following areas:
- Using public transport: your bus, tram or train journey, service or staff
- An interchange or Park & Ride site
- The website
- Ticketing
- Public transport information online, at a bus/tram stop, in an interchange or at an information kiosk
- Inmotion sustainable travel options
- Traveline
- Request to move a bus stop or request a new stop
We always aim to respond within 10 working days and by creating a MyTSY account to report something you can log in to see the status of your feedback or request at any time.
Email us
You can email us if you don't have an online MyTSY account. You won't be able to track the status of your complaint this way but it will be forwarded to the relevant department for them to contact you directly.

Call Traveline
Traveline is Travel South Yorkshire’s transport helpline. You can contact us on 01709 515151.
Please note the Traveline service will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. During these days there will be no live travel updates through the @TSYalerts Twitter feed or the disruptions page.
We are normally open from:
- 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 8pm on weekends
- 362 days a year (only closing on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
