Travel South Yorkshire is the brand identity of the public transport network of South Yorkshire incorporating cycling and walking organisations. It represents over 40 organisations who deliver the public transport network. The South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) manages the brand on behalf of the partners.
The Travel South Yorkshire partners are working together to invest in and improve facilities to all services as well as to provide better passenger information.
Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield councils provide investment in bus lanes, other bus priority measures, new rail and bus stations, Park & Ride sites and other sustainable travel measures that support and improve the operation of the Travel South Yorkshire public transport network.

The objectives of the Transport Strategy & Vision are to support economic growth by developing and maintaining an integrated transport system and enhancing the overall quality of life for the local residents and workers of South Yorkshire.
