Description: Harthill Carnival and Parade will be taking place. The following roads will be closed to allow the passing of the Parade:                                                                                            1.  Woodall Lane at its junction with Union Street.
2.	Winney Hill at its junction with Firvale.
3.	Thorpe Road at its junction with Glebe Avenue.
4.	Union Street at its junction with Northlands.

Due to the location of road closures there are no local diversions available.  Vehicles will be held at the closure points until the Parade has passed.
