  • Replace your lost or stolen Disabled Person’s Pass

    If you originally applied for your Disabled Person's Pass through MyTSY you can also order a replacement pass through your account - sign in to replace your pass. You will be charged an administration fee (currently £7) to process your replacement application for lost or damaged passes.

    Your replacement pass will be posted to your home address. You should receive a replacement pass within 11 days if replacing online.

    If you didn't use MyTSY to order your pass originally then you can also apply for a replacement pass by phoning Traveline on 01709 515151 or by using the downloadable PDF application form (PDF, 447Kb ) and posting it to:

    or drop it off at the Customer Service Desk at your local Travel South Yorkshire Interchange enclosing a cheque or postal order (made out to SYPTE) for the £7 administration fee.

    Your replacement pass will be processed within 25 days if replacing by post and posted to your home address.

    If your Disabled Person’s Pass is stolen you can get a free replacement by contacting the police and giving us a crime reference number.
