Replace your lost or stolen Senior pass
If you originally applied for your Senior Pass through MyTSY you can also order a replacement pass through your account - sign in to replace your pass. You will be charged an administration fee (currently £7) to process your replacement application for lost or damaged passes if you have not taken out pass protection.
Your replacement pass will be posted to your home address. You should receive a replacement pass within 11 days if replacing online.
If you didn't use MyTSY to order your pass originally then you can also apply for a replacement card by phoning Traveline on 01709 515151.
If your Senior Pass is stolen you can get a free replacement by contacting the police and giving us a crime reference number.
Coronavirus update – postal/drop box pass applications
Our priority is to protect the safety of both our customers and our staff in these uncertain times. In order to be able to maintain a customer contact service our Traveline team will shortly be moving to more remote working, this means we will be unable to receive and process postal or drop box paper application forms for our concessionary passes at this time. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can still apply online which we aim to get delivered to you in 11 days, we’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide updates when we can.
Pass protection
Pass protection can be taken out against Senior Citizen Passes for £5 for five years. This will enable you to replace your old pass free of charge should you lose it during the five years which it is valid. Please read the pass protection terms and conditions (PDF, 81Kb) before applying.
