Engineering works impact rail services

Engineering works across the network will cause disruption to train services. Customers are advised to check with their operator for the latest information before they travel.
 

East Midland Railways (EMR)

  • Tuesday 29 November to Friday 2 December. Engineering work is taking place between Kettering and Leicester, closing some lines each morning.
  • Saturday 3 December. Planned engineering work will take place between Luton and London St Pancras International.
  • Monday 5 December to Friday 9 December. Engineering work will be taking place in the Belper area closing lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.
  • Saturday 10 December. Engineering work will be taking place between Chesterfield and Derby closing some lines on Saturday morning.
  • Saturday 10 December and Sunday 11 December. Engineering work will be taking place between Kettering and Leicester, closing all lines via Market Harborough.

Northern Trains Ltd (NTL)

Sunday 4 December to Monday 5 December

Planned engineering work will take place between Nottingham/Sheffield and Leeds via Barnsley from 00:15, Sunday 4 December to 04:50, Monday 05 December. Some lines are blocked.
