Stolen passes can be replaced free of charge if you have a Crime Reference Number from the Police.
You can make the payment:
- By phone using your credit or debit card on 0114 221 1419* (please leave contact details if you get the recorded message and someone will call you back)
*Due to the Coronavirus situation 0114 221 1419 is not currently being monitored.

- By cheque or Postal Order payable to ‘SYPTE’ which should be posted to:

You should also enclose a covering note with your child’s details.
*Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700.
All replacements will be posted to your home address by First Class Post.
