You can get up to date information on your bus while you're on the move. This is really handy if you've forgotten to check your journey times before going out, or if you're making an unplanned journey.
You can use your mobile phone to check when your next bus will arrive while you’re at the bus stop or nearby.
- First, go to the text messaging service on your mobile phone and create a new message.
- Next, text the 8-digit bus stop number – located on the bus stop flag or timetable information to 64422. Each text costs up to 12p plus your standard network rate.
- Finally, wait for us to send you a message back telling you how many minutes away your bus is from the bus stop.
You should receive your message back within 60 seconds.

Depending on the type of mobile phone you have, there you can also find out information on when your bus will arrive on the internet.
On a mobile phone, you can find YourNextBus information by going to the mobile site http://tsy.acislive.com/wap If you know your bus stop number select stop number and enter it when prompted then follow the instructions on screen. If you don't know your bus stop number enter your service number, select go and then follow the instructions on screen.
If you're using a smartphone, you can find YourNextBus information by going to the website tsy.acislive.com. If you have this function available on your phone, it may be easier/cheaper to access Real Time information using this function (this does depend on your tariff bundle, if you are unsure please check with your service provider).
