  • Replace your lost or stolen 16-18 Travel Pass

    The online replace your pass process is currently unavailable.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, if you need to replace your pass please use the paper application form (PDF, 409Kb) or call us on 01709 515151. Please note for lost passes we charge a £7 admin fee and will need a Credit or Debit card registered at your home address. 


    If you originally applied for your 16-18 Travel Pass through MyTSY you can also order a replacement pass through your account - sign in to replace your pass. You will be charged an administration fee (currently £7) to process your replacement application.

    If you didn't use MyTSY to order your pass originally then you can also apply for a replacement card by using the paper application form (PDF 409Kb) and posting it to:

    or drop it off at the Customer Service Desk at your local Travel South Yorkshire Interchange enclosing a cheque or postal order (made out to SYPTE) for the £7 administration fee. You can also replace a pass by phoning Traveline on 01709 515151.
