  • Apply for your 16-18 Student Pass with a Unique Validation Code (UVC)

You can apply online through your MyTSY account. You will only be able to apply for a 16-18 Student Pass once you have received your Unique Validation Code from your school, college or training provider at enrolment.

This is the fastest way to get your pass.

Step 1: Set up a MyTSY account (if you don’t already have one)
    Step 2: Log-in > Select Passes > Concessions > 16-18 Student Pass
Step 3: Complete personal details and upload proof documents
Step 4: Enter your college, school or training agency and unique validation code (UVC) and upload photo (view the full application guidance on what you need to apply)
Step 5: Check your order and go to checkout. It usually takes up to 7 working days to process a pass this way if all details are correct.

Some schools and colleges (such as Sheffield College) will be issuing students with passes on enrolment, you will be told by your school or college if this applies to you.

Most students going into year 13 ( second year) at the same college/sixth form will be issued with a new Unique Validation Code (UVC) so you can apply online using a MyTSY account. If you are still of the appropriate age you can then order a 16-18 Student Pass.
